However, not all experiences offer this service. 

Here's how you can determine if hotel pickup is available and what to do to ensure a smooth experience, whether you're making a new reservation or have an existing one.


Determining Hotel Pickup Availability


What to Expect:

If hotel pickup is available for a specific tour or activity, it will be detailed on the specific tour or activity page. Read carefully the information on the page as not all hotels are included in the free pickup. Sometimes if your hotel is outside the free pickup area the local provider will request payment of additional fee to pick up from your hotel.


Providing Your Hotel Details


When Making a New Booking


Include Hotel Details:

At the time of booking, include your hotel information. Even if hotel pickup isn't explicitly included, the provider may still request your contact details to reach you about itinerary changes due to weather, mechanical issues, or other factors.


Reconfirm Your Booking:

Upon including your hotel details, contact the local provider to reconfirm your booking. They will then provide specific details about your meeting location and time.


On Existing Reservations


Updating or Adding Hotel Details:

If you need to add or update your hotel information after booking, contact the local provider directly using the contact information found on your Voucher. They will confirm the pickup time and location with you.


"I will contact the local provider myself":

If you haven't selected a hotel at the time of booking, contact the local provider to them once your accommodations are confirmed, especially when you reconfirm your tour.

Note that not all hotels qualify for pickup due to location or provider policies. Contact the provider directly to confirm your exact pickup arrangements.
