How It Works


1. Gather Your Info:

Simply have your Evendo Booking Number handy, along with proof of the lower price you found.


2. Send It Our Way:

Shoot us an email at support@evendo.com. Be sure to include the documents, your name, and your booking number.


3. We’ll Take a Look:

We’ll review everything you’ve sent and get back to you as soon as possible.


4. Receive Your Refund:

If everything checks out, we’ll refund the difference between the two prices!


Refund Terms & Conditions


Here are a few things to keep in mind with our Best Price Guarantee:

Our Best Price Promise applies to any purchase made through the Evendo.com website or our mobile sites, with a minimum purchase of US20 (or equivalent). 

Please note, tickets for shows, concerts, and events aren’t covered by this guarantee.

This promise covers retail and prepaid rates available to everyone. It doesn’t apply to special discounts or offers from third-party sites, organizations like AAA or AARP, or offers that are part of memberships, corporate discounts, daily deals, group or reward programs. Our own Evendo promotions can’t be combined with the Best Price Guarantee.

We may verify the lower price details when possible, and all refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Evendo.
