What is a Non-Refundable Room?

Non-refundable rooms are a bit different from your typical hotel booking since they come with some strict policies. 

Essentially, these rooms offer special rates because they require a little more commitment from you, meaning you'll need to pay the full amount upfront.


If something unexpected pops up and you need to change your plans—like adjusting names, dates, or the duration of your stay—you'll unfortunately have to cancel and re-book. 

This usually involves a 100% cancellation fee, so it’s something to consider carefully before booking.


You’ll know these rooms are non-refundable when you're booking, as it will be clearly stated, and this info will also be in your booking documents. 

You can view these details in the 'Manage bookings' section of the Evendo app, online at Manage My Booking, or in the confirmation email you receive after booking. 


So, while non-refundable rooms come at a great price, it’s good to be sure about your travel plans before making this kind of reservation!
