Outside of the Cancellation Period
If your reservation is outside of the hotel's designated cancellation period, it cannot be canceled. Log into your Evendo account to find your reservation in your booking history. If the cancel button is active, cancellation is possible, and a full refund will be processed.
3. Customer Support:
Contact Evendo' customer support team for assistance with the cancellation process if needed.
