How can I cancel my hotel reservation

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to adjust your hotel reservation. Below, you'll find a comprehensive guide on how to make cancellations to your booking. Please note there are certain instances where cancellations might not be possible.


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your reservation, the ability to do so depends on the hotel's cancellation policy at the time of booking.

Cancellation deadline

Many hotel policies, including cancellation are based on accommodation provider local time. Maintaining consistency across these policies ensures they are applied uniformly, avoiding confusion for both guests and hotel staff.


Outside of cancellation period

If your reservation is NOT within a period allowing free cancellation, unfortunately, you will not be able to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding regarding these restrictions.

Our advice in this instance is to contact the local accommodation provider and try to negotiate. If they will agree with cancellation and full refund in writing by sending a mail to support@evendo.com we will processes the full refund at our side.


Non-refundable room

If at the time of your booking you have selected a NON - REFUNDABLE room unfortunately, you will not be able to cancel and receive a refund if you change your mind or you can not make use of your reservation due to any circumstance preventing you from doing so, this includes but not limited to the below examples:

- accidental bookings;

- missing flights, trains, car broke down;

- sickness.

Our advice in this instance is to contact the local accommodation provider and try to negotiate. If they will agree with cancellation and full refund in writing by sending a mail to support@evendo.com we will processes the full refund at our side.  


Free Cancellation Period

If your reservation is within a free cancellation period, you have several options to cancel your reservation.


1.Via Confirmation Email link:

- Click on the "Manage Booking" link in your confirmation email.

- A new page will open in your browser displaying your reservation details.

- If the "Cancel" button is active and clickable, you may proceed with the cancellation.

- Upon cancellation, a full refund will be processed immediately. Please note that the refund will be credited to your original payment method based on your bank's processing times.


2. Via Booking History:

- If you booked while logged in, your reservation is stored in your booking history, categorized as active or past.

- Should the "Cancel" button next to your hotel reservation be active, you can cancel the booking.

- A full refund will be issued immediately, with funds reverted to your payment method contingent on your bank's processing times.
