Managing Your Bookings


1. Log Into Your Account:

2. Access Your Bookings:

Click on your username at the top-right corner of any Evendo.com page.

Select “My Bookings” from the dropdown menu to view your bookings section.


3. Viewing Future and Past Bookings:

In the bookings section, you can separately view lists of your upcoming events and past bookings. This organization helps you efficiently manage your schedule and review previous experiences.


4. Cancelling a Booking:

If your booking cancellation policy allows, find the booking you'd like to cancel and follow these steps:

Look for a 'Cancel Booking' button and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. You will be asked the reason for cancelling the booking which is mandatory and will be pass over to the local provider.


5. Downloading Travel Documents:

For each confirmed booking, you have the option to download related documents, such as your voucher.

Navigate to the specific booking.

Click the 'Download Voucher' button to save the file to your device. This is useful for record-keeping or to present as needed during your travel.
