Refundable Booking


If your booking is marked as refundable, you have more flexibility in resolving the issue:


1. Contact Evendo Support:

Reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible to report the error. We will assist you in checking availability with the local provider for a new date that suits your schedule. 

2. Change the Date or Receive a Refund:

Evendo will work with the local provider to change your booking to a preferred date, based on the local provider availability. If a suitable date isn’t available, or if you prefer not to reschedule, we will process a full refund for the booking.

3. You have the option by yourself to cancel the booking in your "Manage booking" section. In your booking confirmation email you have a link which will take you that section, then click the "Cancel" button. A full refund will be issue automatically.


Non-Refundable Booking


For non-refundable bookings, the process is more complex, as these are bound by the local provider's cancellation policy:


1. Understand the Policy:

Non-refundable bookings mean that according to the provider's policy, changes or cancellations are not be allowed. This type of booking often comes at a discounted rate due to its firm cancellation terms.


2. Contact the Local Provider:

We recommend contacting the local provider directly as soon as you realize the mistake. Explain the situation and ask if they can offer any assistance or exception in modifying your booking.


3. Follow the Provider’s Decision:

If the local provider agrees to a cancellation or change, inform Evendo customer support so we can assist with processing a refund or alteration according to the provider's permission.


If the provider upholds the non-refundable status and declines changes or cancellations, please understand that Evendo is bound by their policy and cannot issue a refund. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused.
