When booking through Evendo, we aim to make your experience as seamless as possible. 

However, there are instances where tickets for certain events or experiences need to be sourced locally by the local provider, which might affect the timing of when you will receive them. 


Here’s how the process works and what steps you can take if you have questions or concerns.


Local Ticket Sourcing

In certain circumstances, local providers are responsible for sourcing your tickets. This means that while your booking is confirmed with Evendo, the physical or digital tickets will be sent directly by the local provider. Typically, these tickets are delivered to you via email or WhatsApp before your scheduled event or experience date.


Information on Your Voucher

When you make a booking through Evendo, you'll receive a voucher that contains essential details, including the expected timeframe for when you will receive your final tickets. This helps you anticipate their arrival and plan accordingly.


For Same-Day Bookings

If you’ve booked an experience for the same day, here’s what you should do:


1. Wait for the Tickets: 

Allow some time for the tickets to be sent via email or WhatsApp. The local provider often works quickly to ensure timely delivery.

2. Contact the Local Provider: 

If you need your tickets urgently, you are encouraged to contact the local provider directly. Their contact details can be found on your voucher, making it easy to inquire about the status of your ticket delivery.


Important Note on Ticket Purchases

Please be aware that buying tickets directly from the venue because of delayed ticket delivery via Evendo will not be eligible for a refund. The process of obtaining tickets through Evendo relies on local providers, and any outside purchase cannot and will not be refunded by us.
