2. Initiate a Date Change Request for bookings which permit changes.

Clearly communicate your need to change the date and propose alternative dates.


3. Processing of your Date Change Request

Our Customer Support team will contact the local provider and try to change the date. Please bear in mind that this is always subject to availability from local provider and it can sometimes incur additional or less cost than your initial booking.


4. Resolution of your Date Change Request

If local provider has agreed with the date change and is free of charge we will send you updated Voucher.

If local provider has agreed with date change but with price difference in addition to what you have already paid our team will coordinate with you the payment of the difference then will issue the updated Voucher.

If local provider has agreed with date change but with lower price than what you have already paid our team will perform a refund of the difference towards your payment method and issue the updated Voucher.

There is also the option where the local provider can not accommodate the request and our Customer Support Team will contact you to let you know.
